Meet Jonathan

My name is Jonathan Lutz, and I am a certified online nutrition coach and online personal trainer, former college athlete, and lover of all things growth. I established JLutzCoaching with one simple goal in mind:

Whether you are looking to lose, maintain, or gain weight – a personalized diet will help get you to where you want to be, but it doesn't stop there. What separates this coaching from others is the understanding of periodized nutrition. This is how life long results are created. Fat loss coaching for all people!
